The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) has created resources for public bodies such as guidance documents, newsletters, and commissioner’s reports. For more information, please click the appropriate box.
OIPC produces a quarterly newsletter, Above Board, for the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015). This newsletter allows us to communicate to all public bodies about their obligations under ATIPPA, 2015 and any reports we have issued. In addition to ATIPPA, 2015 reports that our Office issues, we produce guidance documents related to the implementation of ATIPPA, 2015.
