If you did not receive a response to an access request or if you are not satisfied with a response you did receive, you may file an access complaint with OIPC by completing the Access Complaint Form.

You may use the ATI Complaint Checker to review a series of questions about your complaint that will help your determine if our Office can investigate your access complaint.

If you are a third party who received notice from a public body that it intends to release your business or personal information as part of an access request, you may file an access complaint with OIPC by completing the Access Complaint Form.

If you did not receive a response to a correction to your personal information request or if you are not satisfied with a response you did receive, you may file a correction complaint with OIPC by competing the Correction Complaint Form.

If you have received a cost estimate from a public body in relation to an access request and you are not satisfied with it, you may file a complaint with OIPC by completing the Cost Review Complaint Form.

If you believe that a public body improperly collected, used, or disclosed your personal information, you may file a privacy complaint with OIPC by completing the Privacy Complaint Form.
